No. The licence lets you sell but is NOT exclusive. Vendau.com may sell worldwide, including your territory. Exclusivity is a separate deal.
Vendau may suspend (kill-switch) your dealers until you're current. Every dealer runs on Vendau's infrastructure.
25% of each client's profit (price − API cost) + 25% of the $5,000 setup. Vendau keeps 75%.
No LLC, no licence purchase, no heavy contract. You bring a client and keep 25%. Vendau collects 100% up front on the site, absorbs the processor fees, and pays you your 25% NET.
The 25% runs on THAT client's payments for 12 months from that client's start. After that it renews in 6-month periods, and each renewal requires that you brought at least 1 new client in the previous 6 months; otherwise it ends. Not exclusive, not lifetime.
